Snapshot reset 2026-05-08. The previous STATUS (2026-03-28) was 6 weeks
stale — its human_actions (DNS cutover, real OAuth credentials) are all
resolved: www.complete.codes is live on Amplify behind CloudFront, GitHub
OAuth login is wired with real credentials, and the T&Cs page shipped. Earlier
fictional per-agent token tracking has been dropped (the dashboard pulls
real usage from a separate source; the YAML fields were unused).

7 (retire v1 Contract product), 8 (sentinel_* live-vs-dead-code audit),
9 (multi-chain/token constants scope to off-ramp UI). Issue 1 (contributor
merge rate) and issue 6 (S3 Object Lock) are resolved.
Infrastructure: dashboard live at mc.complete.codes (self-hosted on
ccmc.home.arpa via OPNsense HAProxy). Region eu-north-1. Region docs
under knowledge/ are kept current by the nightly verification job.
Superseded business-model docs (v2, v3, 2026-04-18 analysis) moved to
knowledge/archive/ on 2026-05-08; v4 remains canonical.
